This kext is the kext of osx version 10.8.2. It doesn't support any other card than the ones that already been supported on the current kext plus HD 6790. I have some manual instructions above so just run lspci -nn in terminal to check your graphics card vendor and then try to manual edit the kexts as I did to make them work for your card. The AMD drivers consist of a lot of kernel extensions, two of which are particularly interesting for the (possible) OS X compatibility of a specific GPU: AMD[5,6,7,8,9]000Controller.kext (one for each AMD Radeon GPU family) and AMDRadeonX[3,4]000.kext. I know somebody already posted about this but I am not about to use the board's stellar search function to look for it. God knows I really don't need another drum vst and I have a few issues with this thing, or at least with the demo. Correct me if you know otherwise.

Sync to host doesn't exactly sync to host. All I can get it to do is sync to the master tempo but it doesn't start at the start of a bar. It just starts the instant you hit start and I am no match for the computer's timing. You can't export the patterns as MIDI files? I love step sequencers but not when you can't export them as MIDI files for further editing, especially if (read 1.) the sync to host doesn't exactly sync to host.

Other than that I like the sounds and how you can fiddle around with them. Beats me wrote: 1. Sync to host doesn't exactly sync to host. Had the same prob. Here's my workaround (or intended feature?!?) -1. Switch on host sync and pattern mode in the adm. Than create a midi clip in which you put a note about the lenght of your pattern.

Pressing play starts the adm sequencer. The 'normal' host sync seems to be not implemented. Can't be done. Beats me wrote: 1. Sync to host doesn't exactly sync to host. Beats me wrote:I don't really understand the theory that you wouldn't have a proper 303 or 808 emulation if you could export MIDI patterns. That's silly. Concerning the 303, it makes sense since the slide can't be really transcribed in midi.

I thought it might have something to do with not being able to translate certain parameters into MIDI, although that still confuses me since a lot of VST synths have 100+ parameters that translate just fine. But even if that is the case I still think it would be a good option to have even if certain parameters didn't translate and have it so you could import the pattern back into the plugin. For example you could write your basic pattern in the DAW sequencer and then import that into the plugin and add the parameters that won't translate. That's silly. Concerning the 303, it makes sense since the slide can't be really transcribed in midi. You can just record the midi output to another track and export that. As far as the slides go, if I rmember correctly writing overlapping notes gives a slide. Could be wrong tho.
